Completely reimagined in 2020, La Grange is a 110 m² detached holiday home nestled within the grounds of the Manoir de la Nogrie, just outside the historic town of Vitré.
With its own private entrance, beautifully landscaped garden, spacious wooden terrace and private hot tub heated to 37°C, it offers a peaceful countryside retreat to enjoy as a couple, with family or among friends.
Bright, welcoming and wonderfully spacious, La Grange has been designed as a true home away from home: a place where you instantly feel at ease, where everyone can find their own space while enjoying the simple pleasure of being together.
### ☀️ New for Spring 2027: Stay Cool at La Grange
For even greater comfort during the warmer months, La Grange will be fully air-conditioned from spring 2027.
The upstairs bedrooms are now fitted with external roller shutters on the roof windows, ensuring cool, restful nights and complete darkness, even in the height of summer.
## A Home Made for Sharing Special Moments
On the ground floor, the spacious open-plan living area brings together a fully equipped kitchen, a welcoming dining space and a cosy lounge, where comfortable sofas, a library and a pellet-burning stove invite you to slow down and unwind.
Large windows flood the house with natural light, creating a seamless connection between the indoor living spaces, the garden and the terrace.
When the days turn cooler, the pellet stove brings a wonderfully warm and cosy atmosphere, perfect for returning home after a walk through the Breton countryside.
During the warmer months, life naturally moves outdoors. A spacious wooden terrace, pergola, outdoor lounge furniture, barbecue and private hot tub available around the clock create a wonderful open-air living space.
Morning coffee in the sunshine, lunch beneath the pergola, a few peaceful pages in the garden or a soak in the hot tub beneath the stars… at La Grange, outdoor living is all part of the holiday experience.
4 Bedrooms, Sleeping up to 8 Guests (9th Bed Available on Request)
La Grange offers four comfortable bedrooms, including a ground-floor master bedroom.
On the ground floor, the master bedroom features a 160 × 200 cm bed, with a bathroom featuring a spacious walk-in shower nearby, allowing guests to enjoy the main living spaces without using the stairs.
Upstairs, three bright and welcoming bedrooms accommodate the rest of your group: two double bedrooms with 160 × 200 cm beds and one twin bedroom with 90 × 200 cm single beds, ideal for children or friends.
Two bathrooms with spacious walk-in showers, two separate toilets and a large mezzanine complete the accommodation.
The house comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests, with an additional sleeping arrangement available on request.
And because you don't need to be a large group to appreciate a little extra space, La Grange is also available for romantic escapes for two at selected times of the year. Enjoy the entire house to yourselves, with a beautifully prepared bedroom ready for your stay.

Fully independent within the estate, with its own private access and garden, La Grange can accommodate up to 9 guests and is available for stays of 2 nights or more.
Fully equipped and featuring a private garden and hot tub, this 140 m² home opens onto a spacious living area with a fully equipped kitchen, lounge and dining space, four generous bedrooms (including a master suite on the ground floor), two bathrooms with large walk-in showers, two separate toilets, and a spacious mezzanine area.
In winter, the pellet stove creates a warm and cosy atmosphere for your evenings by the fire. In summer, the large wooden terrace with barbecue and private hot tub offers a different experience — natural, relaxed and cocooning.
The saltwater swimming pool, with its large wooden deck and sun loungers, located in the Manoir’s adjoining garden, is also accessible from May to September (heated pool at 28°C, shared with the owners between 10am and 6pm).
This brand-new cottage has been designed to welcome families and groups of friends, whether for a holiday, a short break with colleagues, school holidays (All Saints, Christmas, Easter) or a long weekend of discovery.

On the ground floor, the bathroom and toilets offer generous comfort, and the romantic bedroom — soft and peaceful — truly lives up to its name.
Upstairs, the three wooden-floored, white-ceiling bedrooms are filled with natural light thanks to large Velux windows.
