How can we book ?

Are pets allowed ?
Pets are not permitted on the property

Is there parking ?
The house has a secure, enclosed parking area for up to four vehicles

Is there an electric vehicle charging station ?
No, there isn't one on the property, but there is a universal 11 kW electric vehicle charging station in the village, 300 meters from the house. Perfect for charging your car overnight.

Is there a swimming pool ? Is it heated ? Is it open year-round ? What are the opening hours ?
Our property has a large (10 x 3 m) heated and secured swimming pool with a roller shutter, located in the Manor gardens. The pool is heated to 28 degrees Celsius from the end of April to the end of September (weather permitting).
The pool is open from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Is the jacuzzi freely accessible or does it require a reservation ?
The jacuzzi is freely accessible to guests of the gîte. It is heated to 37 degrees Celsius and has an insulated cover. It is located on the gîte's terrace.

Are you always on site ?
We live in the Manor House, near the gîte. We are very discreet but are always available to share our favorite spots in the area, and always happy to share a drink!

Should we bring our own towels and sheets ?
No, it's a holiday, linens are provided.
We do not provide pool towels, but they can be rented on site (€8/fouta).

Should we bring condiments ?
Everything you need for cooking is provided, including, of course, local olive oil, vinegar, pepper, salt, etc.

Do you speak english ?
Yes English spoken

Can we have a party ?
The Manoir de la Nogrie is a SLOW venue in the heart of the village. Outdoor music is prohibited after 10 PM. It's the perfect place to get together with close friends and family, but not for a big, wild party.

Do you accept bachelorette weekends ?
Yes, we accept bachelorette parties, for small groups of friends looking for a "chill weekend."

Where can we do our grocery shopping ?
At Carrefour Express, 300 meters from the house.
In Vitré, 10 km from the house, you'll find several supermarkets, delicatessens, bakeries, and wine shops.
Our village also boasts a very good artisan bakery

Is the pellet stove in the cottage working ?

Absolutely ! We even have pellets available. And it's extremely easy to use. We'll demonstrate it for you upon your arrival.
