In the french countryside, the friendly and relaxed atmosphere of our Manor guest house is the ideal place to enjoy the jewels and sweetness of life in Brittany .
Our Manor is a typical seventieth century independant manor with an old barn that has been restored recently with a beautiful garden and a heated pool waiting to welcome you.
Just a short drive from the house, you will be able to explore the surroundings : the medieval towns of Vitré, Fougères and Rennes as well as the stunning Mont Saint Michel and the Emerald coast, gardens, many castles and breathtaking views.

Private yoga sessions can be arranged upon request to enhance your stay with a true wellness experience. In fine weather, classes can take place in the Manoir's gardens, in close contact with nature.
For your comfort, yoga mats are available at the cottage.
Within less than an hour’s drive, you can also reach Mont Saint-Michel and the breathtaking landscapes of the Emerald Coast.
OUR STORY
The Manoir de la Nogrie is, above all, a story of family, heritage and hospitality.
More than thirty years ago, we fell in love with this property nestled in the countryside just outside Vitré. Within its stone walls, we built our family life, watched our three children grow up, and shared countless happy moments. Over time, this home became much more than a house; it became a place filled with life, warmth and a deep connection to its surroundings.
After studying tourism and gaining experience in luxury hospitality, Stéphanie had long dreamed of creating a place where travellers from all over the world would feel genuinely welcomed and cared for.
In 2020, that dream came to life with the renovation of the estate's former barn. Designed as an elegant and comfortable retreat, the cottage was created to offer peace, privacy and well-being in an authentic setting.
The renovation and interior design were carefully overseen by Stéphane, a project manager and founder of Teraa www.teraa.fr with great respect for the spirit and character of the property. Every detail was thoughtfully chosen to create an atmosphere that is refined, welcoming and timeless.
Today, we have the pleasure of welcoming guests from all walks of life. The encounters, conversations and stories shared along the way enrich every stay and give true meaning to this adventure.
More than simply a place to stay, Manoir de la Nogrie is an invitation to slow down, reconnect and fully embrace the present moment.
Our greatest satisfaction is knowing that, for the duration of a stay, this special place becomes the setting for treasured memories, meaningful moments and experiences that remain long after the journey has ended.
